MEP design and build for 50 units mixed use, Crumlin
COMPLETED - We were employed by Jehu Project Services Ltd to complete the design and build of the Mechanical & Electrical Services for 50 no new build residential units.
The development provided 50 quality homes with a mix of two and three bedroom houses and walk-up apartments, comprising both social rent and shared ownership homes.
The installation consisted of Gas Boilers, Gas Pipework, Heating, DMEV Ventilation, Plumbing Services, Sanitary ware, and Electrical Installation.

MEP services for 20 New Industrial Units, Aberdare
COMPLETED - We were employed by R&M Williams Ltd to supply, install and commission the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services on the circa £6M development of 20 commercial industrial units in Robertstown, Aberdare.
The installation consists of incoming services, major water leak detection, new roadway lighting, car park lighting, Electric Vehicle Chargers, PV panels, Internal Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection Gas Boilers, Ventilation and Sanitaryware.

MEP design and build for 16 units social housing, Cardiff
COMPLETED - We were appointed by Encon Construction to complete the design and build of the Mechanical and Electrical Services to the site of the former ATC cadet centre on Caldicot Road in Caerau.
The site consists of six one-bedroom flats, seven two-bedroom houses, two three-bedroom houses and one four-bedroom house. These will be available for rent from Cardiff Council.
The installation consists of Internal Lighting, External Lighting, Video Door Entry system, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Smoke Ventilation System, Gas Pipework, Sprinkler Installation, Gas Boilers, Ventilation and Sanitary ware.

MEP design and build for 18 units, Beddau
ONGOING - We were appointed by Encon Construction to complete the design and build of the Mechanical and Electrical Services to 18 affordable homes, for social rent, at the former Gelynog Yard Bus Depot, Castellau Road, Beddau.
The site consists of four two bedroom semi-detached houses, eight one-bedroom apartments, arranged as a two storey terrace. Four three-bedroom semi-detached, three storey town houses and two four-bedroom semi-detached, three storey town house
The installation consists of Air Source Heat Pumps, Underfloor Heating, Heat Recovery Ventilation, Plumbing Services, Sanitary ware, Sprinkler Installation and Electrical Installation.

Mechanical installation of Radiant Panel Heating, Lidl Distribution Warehouse, Bridgend
ONGOING - We have been appointed by King & Moffatt Building Services to complete the Mechanical Heating Installation Services to the live and operational regional Lidl Distribution Warehouse in Bridgend.
The existing Mechanical Services radiant panels are to be removed and replaced with a new system that serves both the existing warehouse and new extension.
The new LTHW circuits consists of medium gauge Steel pipework, welded on the 65mm & 80mm, screwed on the 50mm and below.
There are 434 new radiant panels mounted at approximately 11 metres across 5 circuits.

MEP services to Toilet Blocks, Bute Buildings, Cardiff University
ONGOING - We have been appointed by R & M Williams to complete mechanical and electrical installation to the refurbishment and upgrade of 9 separate Toilet Blocks within the iconic Grade II listed Bute Building, Cardiff University.
The project is to remove the existing sanitaryware, hand driers and electrical accessories. Install new Doc M packs, WCs, Urinals, Wash hand basins, Radiators and Dyson Hand driers.
