TOLLGATE ENGINEERING SERVICES IS A BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING THE FULL RANGE OF MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SERVICES.

We have a fully integrated design and build capability, including 3D co-ordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.


We design, install, test/commission, manage and maintain buildings across South Wales and South West.
  Our management team have an exceptional record for safely delivering projects on time and to budget, which is why our aim is to become one the leading M&E companies within the regions.

Who We Are

Tollgate Engineering Services was established in 2019 with an aim to be one of the most reliable, customer focussed, professional and competitive contractors, within the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services market across South Wales and South West regions.

The management team has decades of experience successfully and safely delivering projects in;

  • Residential - Low Carbon Homes, PRS developments, RSL new build multi occupancy projects and existing unit upgrades, Private Residential developments and Mixed Used Developments
  • Modular Construction -  new build modular dwellings, bathroom pods, kitchen pods, cylinder cupboards, off site fabrication of risers, corridor cassettes and service trench production. We have experience in developments that have whole developments built off-site.
